Job summary

Deer Park Refining Limited Partnership is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to develop and optimize integrated schedules for refinery tank, infrastructure, and non-routine maintenance activities. This individual contributor role collaborates with supervisors, planners, engineers, and contractors to ensure safe, efficient execution in line with business objectives.

The role requires advanced Primavera P6 proficiency, strong Power BI/data analytics capabilities, and 10+ years in scheduling,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or related field.
10 years equivalent industry experience required or considered.
Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6.
Strong Power BI and data analytics skills.
Experience with scheduling in refinery/industrial settings.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and update detailed project and maintenance schedules using Primavera P6.
Build integrated schedules for engineering, procurement, construction, turnaround, and maintenance activities.
Analyze schedule performance, critical paths, and resource constraints.
Coordinate schedule updates with field supervisors, planners, and contractors.
Ensure alignment with refinery priorities and operational constraints.
