Job summary

PEMEX Deer Park is seeking a Senior Warehouse & Logistics Manager to oversee refinery warehousing and logistics. You will manage a contractor-led team, ensure safe handling, and drive improvements in inbound/outbound materials within SCPaD.

The role emphasizes inventory governance, KPI leadership, and industry standard practices. The successful candidate will bring deep warehousing and logistics expertise, strong contractor management, and a track record of implementing top‑quartile performance

Qualifications

10+ years of supply chain experience in oil & gas or heavy industrial sectors.
Proven track record leading warehousing, logistics and material handling.
Experience managing 3PLs, freight forwarders, and contractors.
Strong HSSE leadership and contractor management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Champion safety culture across all warehouses, freight/logistics operations, and zone stores.
Ensure HSSE compliance for all 3rd‑party warehousing and transportation contractors.
Lead incident investigations, HSSE planning, and safe lifting practices.
Lead, coach, and develop a blended team up to 40 contractor personnel.
Support SCPaD and MTAC in building a high‑performance materials workforce.
Provide coaching and external training for Materials Management & Logistics.
Oversee warehouse and logistics operations to ensure timely material delivery.
