Job summary

The Cenovus Lima Refinery seeks a Process Shift Supervisor to lead a shift of operators, ensuring safe, compliant operation and performance of the unit. You will coach the team, apply the production plan, and coordinate maintenance readiness, while safeguarding process safety and product quality.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED (Associate/Bachelor's preferred), an Ohio 3rd Class Stationary Steam Engineers License, OSHA and DOT knowledge, and strong leadership with a focus on

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; higher education preferred.
• Ohio 3rd Class Stationary Steam Engineers License; training may be provided.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and DOT regulations.
• Experience with refinery processes: reforming, hydrocracking, hydro-treating, distillation, water treatment.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Excellent communication and leadership to ensure safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift team with daily assignments, coaching, and mentoring.
• Use production plan to meet daily operational targets.
• Coordinate safe, reliable, compliant operation of equipment.
• Ensure equipment is prepared for maintenance.
• Troubleshoot abnormal operation of equipment.
• Conduct routine audits to ensure compliance with site policies.
