You will support operations, drive continuous improvement, and work with maintenance and engineering teams to enhance safety, reliability, and production efficiency. The ideal candidate has a Chemical Engineering background with refinery experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to operate both in the field and in

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent STEM degree with refinery experience.
• 3+ years of refinery process engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of refinery process operations and process optimization.
• Knowledge of process safety principles and Management of Change (MOC).

Responsabilidades

• Provide engineering support for refinery process units.
• Collaborate with Operations to improve safety and reliability.
• Monitor and optimize unit performance for efficiency.
• Troubleshoot process issues and provide engineering solutions.
• Support turnarounds, maintenance, startups and shutdowns.
• Evaluate modifications via the MOC process.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
