Ben Aris LLC seeks a Senior Process Optimization Engineer for a refinery role in the United States. You will provide process technical expertise, troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize unit performance while adhering to safety and environmental standards.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in process engineering within refining or chemicals, and a chemical engineering degree. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Senior Process Optimization Engineer

My client are looking to fill two positions, ideally with one experienced hire (5+ yearsexp) and a Process Engineer (1+ years exp). All candidates with a ChemicalEngineering Degree and petro-chemical experience will be considered. The finalposition will depend on experience and how someone interviews throughout theprocess. There can be flexibility to re-order this if required, depending on the candidatesthat apply for the position. This would be a great opportunity for someone looking towork within a very successful refinery and accelerate their career, either to managementlevel or a technical SME. Candidates must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship (US Citizen or Green Card Holder).

The Senior Process Optimization Engineer provides process technical expertise andservices focused on technical support (troubleshooting, monitoring, and optimization) foroperations to achieve optimum unit performance while maintaining and complying withsafety and environmental standards. They are also responsible for small processengineering designs and support for project development within the area teams. Thisposition interfaces with all departments throughout the refinery including operations,maintenance, economics planning and PSM.The ideal candidate for this critical role has multiple years of previous process engineeringexperience in refining or chemicals, excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
