Qualifications

BS in Chemical Engineering required; MS/PhD preferred.
10+ years of process engineering operations support in petrochemical, refining, or renewable fuels.
Experience with renewable diesel production, hydroprocessing, hydrogen, and related equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operational performance and optimization to ensure safe operations and regulatory compliance.
Monitor catalyst health and report end-of-run projections; coordinate with suppliers.
Identify opportunities for improvement and lead MOC/hazop-related activities.
Lead and support debottlenecking, commissioning, and start-up/shutdown activities.
Publish technical memos and turnaround reports; provide after-hours support as needed.
Maintain KPI data and perform environmental calculations within limits.
