Job summary

Calumet, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Operator to support day-to-day refinery operations at our US site. You will identify equipment, manage process flow, start/shut down operations, and operate mobile equipment while maintaining strict safety and environmental compliance.

You will also train for the Fire Brigade and work at heights up to 150 feet daily. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, willingness to complete BOT training with passing scores, and the ability to work days, nights,

Ability to work well with others.
Capability to work effectively without constant supervision.
Ability to plan, execute and prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Identify equipment, determine process flow, and operate valves and equipment for proper operation.
Operate mobile and other equipment safely.
Communicate with operators and supervision to ensure safety and compliance.
Train and participate in the Fire Brigade.
Work at heights up to ~150 feet daily.
Support monthly refinery close and related transactional processes.
Follow all safety rules and participate in scheduled activities.
