The role partners with refinery leadership to align IT and operations, develops site IT roadmaps, and oversees software and infrastructure upgrades.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 years of IT experience and a Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field, with strong project management and communication skills.

• Strong project management, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise IT team and assign tasks; handle complex issues and review work quality.
• Partner with site leadership to align IT and Operations strategy.
• Develop site IT roadmaps and contribute to budgets and plans.
• Adhere to enterprise-wide IT standards and lead software/infra upgrades.
• Oversee local IT projects with budgets and timelines; manage inventory of assets.
• Coordinate IT requests, communicate project status to Sr. Manager, IT Site Operations.
• Provide input on IT budgets; support site-specific applications and training.
