Qualifications

• Administer, maintain, and support OT infrastructure across fleet locations including servers, virtualization platforms, network devices, industrial firewalls, endpoint platforms, backups, and supporting services.
• Provide advisory and hands‑on technical support for OT infrastructure in ICS environments and fleet standards, escalated site support, and infrastructure lifecycle activities.
• Assist with implementation, configuration, and lifecycle management of OT infrastructure standards, patching, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Coordinate with refinery operations, maintenance, IT, vendors, and contractors to support safe and reliable OT system operation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain OT infrastructure health, availability, capacity, and performance; troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Support incident response with technical analysis, system recovery, log collection, and infrastructure restoration.
• Document asset records, network diagrams, configuration records, backups, and fleet-standard procedures.
