Responsibilities

• Supervises IT personnel, assigns tasks and reviews work quality.
• Partners with site leadership on IT/Operations roadmap.
• Develops site IT strategies and budgets.
• Oversees IT projects and infrastructure upgrades.
• Coordinates daily IT site needs and reports status.
• Maintains asset inventory and supports applications.
• Writes documentation and provides training.
• Conducts annual performance appraisals.
