Job summary

HF Sinclair is seeking a Supervisor, IT Site Operations in El Dorado, Kansas to supervise the daily activities of a team of IT professionals who provide technical support to the Company's information systems to ensure the systems and hardware resources function effectively and reliably.

Represents the IT department at each refinery, and as such, is responsible for maintaining the relationship between refinery management and IT management.

Qualifications

• Project management skills are essential.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; the ability to effectively communicate with others, both verbal and written.
• Ability perform intermediate-level mathematical calculations and intermediate to advanced reading skills.
• Administration, implementation, and support experience required in various applications.
• A certification in Project Management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a small group of IT personnel, prioritizing and assigning tasks; handles complex issues and escalations.
• Partners with site leadership to align IT/Operations strategic plans.
• Develops site-specific roadmaps and IT strategies as input to higher-level strategy.
• Implements enterprise-wide standards and supervises IT projects with budget oversight.
• Coordinates daily IT site needs and maintains communication with management on project status.
