This hybrid role covers project development and construction management, overseeing projects up to $10 million in value. The incumbent coordinates between Engineering, Construction, Operations, Maintenance, Turnaround teams, vendors, and procurement, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while delivering on

Qualifications

• Experience leading refinery capital and maintenance projects.
• Knowledge of FEL development, project controls, and change management.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through FEL, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, startup, and closeout.
• Coordinate between Engineering, Construction, Operations, Maintenance, Turnaround, vendors, and procurement.
• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, schedule, budget, operability and compliance.
• Develop and manage plans, budgets, schedules, risks, and performance metrics.
• Direct engineering teams and contractors; resolve technical changes and field modifications.
• Monitor progress, costs, forecasts, and change management to stay on track.
• Communicate project status and risks to leadership.
• Lead commissioning and startup readiness reviews and turnover activities.
