Responsibilities

• Analyze refill requests for accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness before pharmacist review.
• Enter and maintain prescription and refill information in the system.
• Communicate with patients, providers, and pharmacies to clarify requests and resolve issues.
• Ensure refill activities comply with state regulations and policies.
• Prioritize workload to meet volume while maintaining accuracy.
• Support pharmacists and team members in daily operations as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality in communications and documentation.
