Responsibilities

• Analyze refill requests for accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness prior to pharmacist review.
• Enter and maintain prescription and refill information in the pharmacy system.
• Communicate professionally with patients, providers, and pharmacies to clarify refill requests and resolve issues.
• Ensure all refill activities comply with state regulations and patient safety standards.
