This position coordinates referrals, insurance authorizations, medical records, and follow-up care while working closely with providers, patients, and external healthcare partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient referrals, authorizations, and follow-up appointments.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and referral tracking systems.
• Communicate with providers, patients, and outside healthcare organizations to support patient care.
• Assist with travel authorizations and arrangements for eligible patients.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and organizational policies.
