East Hawaii Health Clinics is seeking a Clinic Receptionist to be the first point of contact, greet patients, verify insurance, and ensure proper documentation, supporting both patients and clinical staff in delivering high-quality outpatient care.

As a Clinic Receptionist, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, helping to create a welcoming, organized, and efficient clinic experience. Your role is essential in supporting both patients and clinical staff to ensure high-quality outpatient care.
To qualify, you must meet all the following requirements. Please note that unless specifically indicated, the required education and experiences may not be gained concurrently. In addition, qualifying work experience is credited based on a 40‑hour workweek.
An Associate’s or Bachelor’s from an accredited college or university may substitute for all the General Experience required.

* Rates listed for paid holidays, vacation and sick days are for 1.0 Full Time Equivalent (FTE) positions assigned to 8 hour shifts. Accruals for these benefits are otherwise prorated based on FTE.
Offers of employment will be contingent on successfully passing a pre-employment examination, which includes a drug screen and other regulatory medical requirements such as, but not limited to, a tuberculosis (TB) screen. The cost for drug screening and blood draw for QuantiFERON and Titers, shall be borne by the Hawaii Health Systems Corporation.
