Qualifications

• Knowledge of insurance billing/authorization requirements and HIPAA/CMS regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of patient referrals, authorizations, and pre-certifications for testing and procedures.
• Verify insurance eligibility, secure authorizations, coordinate patient appointments, and provide cost estimates and benefits information.
