Modivcare is looking for an experienced Referral Sales Specialist I to join our team, responsible for building relationships with case managers, program managers, and agency personnel to increase referrals. This role focuses on growing existing referral sources with managers in their shared area of responsibility. This role… Partners with management to grow assigned territory new activation dollars. Handles daily phone and email communication for Territory Managers, clients, and accounts. Identifies the needs and preferences of accounts and documents information in CRM. Reaches out to Case Managers to confirm client information. Manages incoming phone calls by responding to requests and assisting with inquiries. Works with management to build and grow a sales-oriented culture. Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions and/or escalating unresolved issues. Records details of calls and messages utilizing CRM. Maintains access to and security of highly sensitive materials. Refers client complaints to appropriate persons. Maintains protocol information supplied from reference materials, memos, and training sessions. Maintains project productivity and quality goals. Participates in other projects or duties as assigned. May require occasional business travel.
Salary: $46,000 - $52,000
