Job Description: Referral Program Coordinator at FlexOffers

We are seeking a Referral Program Coordinator to manage our referral program, FlexCash. This role involves recruiting marketing partners, reviewing applications, communicating promotions, ensuring accurate awards, and reporting on program results.

Responsibilities:
  1. Program Recruiting and Applications
  2. Assist in marketing campaigns promoting the referral program
  3. Recruit new marketing partners to join the program
  4. Process applications efficiently and accurately
  5. Support new members to accelerate referrals
Program Monitoring:
  1. Monitor and report on application volume and activations
  2. Track transaction volume within the program
  3. Ensure timely payments and awards to members
  4. Identify top performers within the program
Program Support:
  1. Organize contests, promotions, and engagement activities
  2. Coordinate customer support for members
  3. Assess satisfaction and suggest improvements
  4. Reduce member deactivation and churn
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Membership metrics: total volume, new applications, activations, churn rate
  • Transaction metrics: sales volume, revenue
  • Payment metrics: timeliness
Required Competencies:
  • Excellent command of English; bilingual in Spanish preferred
  • Experience in affiliate marketing (a plus)
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Knowledge of affiliate tracking technologies
  • Strong social, customer service, and relationship skills
  • Sales experience (preferred)
  • Remote work experience and attention to detail
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
