Job description

We are seeking a Program Coordinator to support a high-impact speaker certification and enablement program within a global events organization. This role is ideal for someone with a background in project coordination, content development, and data tracking—someone excited to enhance speaker experience, streamline processes, and contribute to global training initiatives.

This fully remote position offers the opportunity to join a collaborative, mentorship-driven team focused on building tools and resources to support public speakers at major events. You will work closely with the Speaker Program Manager, cross-functional partners, and vendors to help execute program deliverables and optimize speaker training operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and report on program status, speaker certification progress, and related performance metrics.
  • Assist in the creation of project work-back schedules and coordinate task owners across teams and vendors.
  • Maintain databases and reporting tools used to manage speaker data, training completion, and event logistics.
  • Support speaker content delivery by organizing meetings, publishing training materials, and managing the Speaker Excellence Portal.
  • Collect and analyze speaker performance data to provide actionable insights and support continuous improvement.
  • Post training videos and manage speaker-facing content to ensure up-to-date, accessible resources.
  • Assist with onsite event execution, when applicable, to support speaker operations.
  • Collaborate with the speaker team to streamline workflows and improve communication channels.

Top Required Skills

  • Project/Program Management – Experience tracking deliverables, coordinating across teams, and executing program timelines.
  • Content Development – Familiarity with training or enablement content creation, publishing, or maintenance.
  • Data Management – Ability to organize, analyze, and report on program data in an actionable, user-friendly way.

Skills & Experience Required

  • 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, program management, or event content support.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong communication skills for managing internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Comfort working in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
  • Willingness to learn new tools and platforms to support reporting and content systems.
  • Bonus: Experience supporting speaker programs, learning enablement, or large-scale events.

Why This Role?

This is a unique opportunity to join a team passionate about elevating public speakers and enhancing global event experiences. You’ll contribute to meaningful projects that shape how speakers are trained and supported—while gaining hands-on experience with program operations, data tracking, and content strategy. The team fosters a culture of mentorship, career growth, and shared learning, making this an ideal environment for professional development.
