The position offers a 40-hour work week, no weekends, full benefits, 12 paid holidays, and bi-weekly pay. Eligible RHIT preferred; strong computer literacy and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Health Information Technology or Medical Office Administration preferred.
• One year supervisory experience or three years in referrals/office work.
• Must be computer literate and detail oriented.
• Strong communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Referrals Associates: interviewing, hiring, training, assigning duties, evaluate performance.
• Serve as in-house expert for EHR referral platform and other networks for coordinating referrals.
• Troubleshoot system issues and manage staff access.
• Conduct audits of referrals timeliness, documentation quality, and workflow adherence.
• Prepare monthly reports on staff productivity, goals, and challenges.
• Address deficiencies through training and process improvements.
