Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred in Health Information Technology or Medical Office Administration.
• 1 year of supervisory experience or 3 years in referrals/office work.
• Computer literacy is required.
• Attention to detail and accuracy emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Referrals Associates, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff.
• Serve as in-house expert for the referral platform and partner systems.
• Troubleshoot system issues and manage staff access.
• Audit timeliness of referrals, documentation quality, and workflows.
• Report monthly on productivity and program goals.
• Address deficiencies through training and process improvements.
