Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of referral experience in a healthcare setting; 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with web-based insurance sites and obtaining referrals/authorizations.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a team of Care Coordinators and Lead Care Coordinators to ensure quality referral management and patient experience.
• Monitors operational metrics and coach team members to meet targets.
• Leads team meetings, trainings, and process improvements.
