Job summary

CARTI is seeking a CRO Coordinator to manage the workflow, coordination, and processing of patient referrals for specialty services in accordance with scheduling policy.

The role involves coordinating referrals in Centricity EMR, ensuring required documentation, and scheduling patients. Strong communication, organization, and confidentiality are essential, with oversight of CRO team activities and performance. This is an on-site position at CARTI in Little Rock, AR.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating referrals and scheduling in a medical setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound referrals for CARTI providers and services using EMR.
• Ensure required documents accompany referrals and obtain missing documents.
• Register patients in Centricity and schedule appointments per policy.
• Prepare new patient packets and notify referring providers of appointments.
• Maintain confidentiality and high accuracy in handling patient information.
• Provide customer service to patients, hospitals, and providers and address inquiries/complaints.
• Train CRO team and oversee timesheets, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions as needed.
