Responsibilities

• Ensure documents accompany referrals per policy and follow up if missing.
• Register patient in Centricity and schedule appointments per policy.
• Prepare new patient packets and notify referring providers.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate records; protect patient information.
• Provide customer service and address inquiries from patients, providers, and payers.
