Responsibilities

• Process referrals and ensure supporting documentation is available.
• Obtain authorizations and schedule patient appointments.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance prior authorization and payer requirements.
• Coordinate with providers, patients, and payers to complete referrals.
• Triages calls and manage front-desk communications.
• Handle PHI per policy and maintain accurate patient information.
