Job summary

Concentra in Texas is seeking a Referral Management Coordinator to uphold a high patient experience by processing referrals and authorizations and coordinating with physicians, employers, and payors.

This role requires attention to detail, strong communication, HIPAA awareness, and proficiency with scheduling and verification software. You will build relationships with providers and payors and ensure timely processing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate Degree preferred.
• 1+ year of medical environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process referrals and authorizations for Concentra sites.
• Ensure timely completion of daily referral tasks and maintain quality patient experience.
• Communicate with payors, employers and physicians as needed.
• Maintain accurate information in OA/CR module per policy.
• Build relationships with provider, employer and payor communities.
