Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Canton, MA is seeking an Associate to join our Medicare certified Senior Living Office. This role emphasizes compassionate, reliable home health services and strong teamwork to support clients and families.

Responsibilities include patient-centered referrals, coordination with the client services team, and maintaining quality metrics. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with experience in Medicare/OASIS and EMR systems helping you succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree preferred
• Medicare and OASIS knowledge/experience a plus
• Experience in medical office or home care preferred
• Demonstrated record of increased responsibility (goal achievement)
• Ambition to grow and advance within BAYADA
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and quality home care
• Focus on referral management and processing referrals promptly
• Support the client services manager in coordination of client services and scheduling
• Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors and community organizations
• Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team and external parties
• Support the team in fiscal management by monitoring admissions, Medicare metrics, referrals
• Partner with Clinical Managers to supervise and support field employees
