Job summary

1-800 WATER DAMAGE is a nationwide property restoration company seeking a Business Development Representative in Louisville. You will grow a referral base through marketing campaigns and act as a resource for insurance adjusters, property owners, and internal staff.

The role aims to double brand awareness using traditional and strategic campaigns and to add ~20 new referral relationships weekly, with compensation ranging from $40,000 to $100,000 annually.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Past sales performance demonstrating growth.
• CRM management experience required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to speak and communicate effectively with all referral sources.
• Trade show operational experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and market to all types of referral sources.
• Develop lasting relationships with key referral sources to acquire jobs.
• Identify and attend key events and association meetings to cultivate new referrals sources.
• Manage marketing materials and reorder materials for referral cultivation.
• Manage swag and gifts within budget.
• Operate email campaigns for event cultivation and brand awareness.
• Work with internal staff to stay informed on referral sources' jobs.
