Qualifications

• One year of experience with insurance verification/referral processing preferred.
• Knowledge of EPIC preferred.

• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and third-party payers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate referral workflow between patients, primary care providers and specialists.
• Obtain pre-authorization for drugs and other services as ordered by providers.
• Verify insurance details and maintain accurate documentation.
