Qualifications

• Medical terminology knowledge preferred.
• Experience with insurance verification/referral processing preferred (1 year).
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and third party payers considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate referral process from PCPs and handle pre-authorization for drugs/services.
• Serve as liaison between patients, providers, and insurance payers.
• Assist with EPIC system processes and maintain organized records.
