Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolves pre-certification, registration and case-related concerns prior to a patient’s appointment.
• Completes the referral process for ancillary, consultation, radiology or lab visits, including insurance checks and scheduling.
