Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own inbound and outbound specialty referrals from start to completion.
• Schedule specialty services and maintain communication with provider offices.
• Collaborate with Care Logistics team members and internal clinical teams.
• Improve referral turnaround times and overall member experience.
• Advocate for members by ensuring referrals are completed accurately and within service standards.
