Responsibilities

• Explain billing and insurance questions to patients.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate clinic visits.
• Coordinate referral flow between clinics and referral department.
• Document communications in the system and notify when needs arise.
• Assist with complaint resolution related to referrals.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance in daily tasks.
