Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Experience in medical environment or referrals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process referrals requests and authorizations.
• Coordinate with physicians, employers, and payors.
• Obtain authorization for specialist referrals and schedule appointments.
• Maintain OA/CR entries in OccuSource per policy.
• Communicate with stakeholders, payor, employer and patient as appropriate.
• Build relationships with provider, employer and payor communities.
