Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments with specialty providers and process referrals.
• Review insurance for authorizations for tests, visits, or procedures; provide needed information to insurers.
• Maintain referral records in Epic and ensure data completeness.
• Open and route incoming mail; participate in required meetings.
