• Monitors performance of the periodicals collection; assists web maintenance.
• Oversees production of bibliographic aids and system-wide operations duties.
• Participates in outreach, books by mail, instruction, collection development, web development and maintenance.
• Plans and implements bibliographic instruction and other programs for students and the general public.
• Initiates and engages in special projects to develop services for diverse audiences.
