Job summary

Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Library Science or equivalent education/experience.
- Strong knowledge of library automation and online resources.
- Advanced skills in locating print and digital materials.
- Excellent service orientation and communication abilities.
- Experience with archival and special collections practices.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional reference services in person, by phone, and online.
- Coordinate department service areas and assist patrons with searches.
- Participate in readers’ advisory, program planning, and material selection.
- Support outreach, grant writing, and community liaison activities.
- Maintain statistics and prepare reports on usage and services.
- Assist with digitization projects and online special collections presence.
