Job summary

Equus Workforce Solutions provides transition services for adult re-entry program participants within Boise, Idaho. The role supports clients through instruction, case management, and collaboration with parole agents and community partners.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred with related experience.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience communicating with diverse populations and performing case management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides one-on-one and group instruction in adult re-entry program areas; assists clients with self-help, job readiness and social skills.
• Maintains a caseload of program clients and acts as liaison for clients, families and related agencies.
• Maintains accurate records and reports including attendance, case notes and progress charts; prepares documents as needed.
• Communicates with clients, parole agents, Corrections Department, and other agencies as directed; preserves confidentiality.
