Job summary

The Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS) is hiring an Integrated Services Discharge Manager for Lexington, OK (Joseph Harp Correctional Center). The role links exiting inmates to community services and manages a professional caseload in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Minimum qualifications include a Master’s degree in behavioral health or a related field (or a BA with two years’ case management experience).

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field or closely related behavioral science field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health field and two years of professional case management experience.

Responsibilities

• Link individuals leaving correctional facilities to mental health and substance abuse services, housing, and recovery support.
• Manage a caseload and work as part of an interdisciplinary team with correctional staff.
• Collaborate with social benefits and educational assistance entities; screen and refer to state-wide reentry programs.
