ODMHSAS is seeking an Integrated Services Discharge Manager in Lexington, OK (Joseph Harp Correctional Center) to connect individuals leaving correctional facilities with mental health and substance abuse services, housing, and recovery support.

The role manages caseloads, collaborates with correctional staff and community agencies, and screens referrals for statewide reentry programs. On-site, M-F, 8-5; competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field or closely related behavioral science field.
• One year of professional case management behavioral health services if Master's not held; or a Bachelor's with two years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Link individuals leaving correctional facilities to mental health and substance abuse services.
• Manage a caseload and work with an interdisciplinary team.
• Coordinate with social benefits and educational assistance entities.
• Screen and refer individuals to reentry programs statewide.
