Job summary

Southern Missouri Reentry is based at the Farmington, MO facility and provides casework to program clients, recording progress and maintaining documentation. The role emphasizes reentry support, accountability, and coordination with the social service network.

You will handle caseloads, document services, and conduct orientation and job readiness sessions, while coordinating with the PRT and other agencies. A four-year degree and relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in social, human services, criminal justice or behavioral science.
• At least one year of experience in human services, corrections, or community-based services.
• Ability to manage a caseload and maintain documentation.
• Ability to work with individuals with criminal, asocial, and addictive personality types.
• Proficiency with computers and standard software.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, manage a caseload of clients and administer agency policies and procedures.
• Document program services and ensure records are completed according to policies.
• Conduct individual or group sessions for program orientation and job readiness training.
• Coordinate release planning with the Program Review Team (PRT).
• Prepare release plans, release papers, and related documents.
• Monitor client issues and report to supervisor.
