Goodwill Industries of Southern NJ and Philadelphia is seeking a capable operations supervisor to lead the Prisoner Re-Entry Outsourcing and Fulfillment Center in Philadelphia, PA.

You will supervise, coordinate and analyze workload, train staff, prepare billing documentation, ensure compliance with regulations, and deliver professional customer service while maintaining safe operations and punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage daily operations of the Prisoner Re-Entry Outsourcing and Fulfillment Center.
• Supervise, coordinate, analyze and adjust workload among staff to meet customer requirements.
• Select, train, motivate and retain new employees at the facility.
• Prepare and submit all required documentation for billing, revenue, monthly records and reports.
• Provide constant and professional customer service to all customers.
• Oversee intakes, individualized service plans, written reports, staffings, and case file management.
• Communicate verbally with employees, families, and referral agencies as directed.
• Coordinate compliance with governing bodies, including federal, state, county and CARF regulations.
• Ensure safe operation in program facilities.
• Attend punctually and adhere to company policies.
