Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Southern NJ and Philadelphia is seeking a capable operations supervisor to lead the Prisoner Re-Entry Outsourcing and Fulfillment Center in Philadelphia, PA.

You will supervise, coordinate and analyze workload, train staff, prepare billing documentation, ensure compliance with regulations, and deliver professional customer service while maintaining safe operations and punctual attendance.

• Coordinate compliance with governing bodies, including federal, state, county and CARF regulations.
• Ensure safe operation in program facilities.
• Attend punctually and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications

SPECIFIC DUTIES:

• Selects, trains, motivates and retains new employees at the facility.
• Prepares and submits all required documentation for billing, revenue, monthly records and reports.
• Performs constant and professional customer service to all customers.
• Oversees intakes, individualized serviced plans, written reports, staffings, and case file management.
• Performs constant and professional customer service to all customers.
• Performs case record review process in support of appropriate service delivery.
• Communicates verbally with employees, families, and referral agencies as directed.
• Assists with the coordination of compliance with all governing bodies, including federal, state, county and CARF regulations.
• Provides for safe operation in program facilities.
• Acts as positive role model for staff, employees, and customers in all aspects of professional performance.
• Follows all company policies and safety procedures.
• Regular attendance and punctuality is required.
• Other non-essential duties as assigned.
