Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 5 years’ experience providing reentry/transition support to justice-involved population.
• Three years experience with system/community resources or relevant entities OR three years using participant-driven reentry strategies.
• Associate’s degree with 4 years’ reentry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years’ reentry experience.
• Master’s degree with 2 years’ reentry experience.

Responsibilities

• Member of the Reentry Navigator Team within the Reentry Division.
• Collaborate with institution and community supervision staff, iCoach representatives, family, mentors, housing and health providers.
• Support care teams with community partners and stakeholders.
