This full-time role in the Reentry Division requires coordinating class schedules, maintaining progress records, and collaborating with staff to promote safer communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from CHEA- or US DoE-accredited institution.
• Three years as a Community Corrections Officer with DOC.
• OR three years of professional case management experience in corrections with specified sub-criteria.
• AND six months experience facilitating CBI programs or equivalent to three full-time years.
• OR Associate’s degree with five years as a Community Corrections Officer.
• OR five years of professional case management experience with specified sub-criteria.
• AND six months experience facilitating CBI programs or equivalent to three full-time years.
• OR High school diploma plus seven years of professional case management experience in corrections.
• AND six months experience facilitating CBI programs or equivalent to three full-time years.

Responsibilities

• Providing professional delivery of CBIs within the unit.
• Facilitating CBI groups and individual sessions.
• Screening and assigning participants to CBIs.
• Scheduling classes and developing rosters.
• Notifying participants of selection, start date, schedule, and location.
• Notifying the Fidelity Unit of start date, schedule, and location.
• Preparing lesson plans and delivering interventions.
• Observing participation and providing feedback and coaching.
• Identifying behavioral targets and adjusting as needed.
• Scheduling make-up sessions and assessing progress.
• Hosting graduation events and completing orientations.
• Sharing status with stakeholders and completing trainings.
• Documenting individual participation and other duties as assigned.
