Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Urban Planning, or related field.
• At least 3 years' experience managing housing or community development projects, preferably with re-entry focus.
• Knowledge of housing regulations, funding mechanisms, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multi-stakeholder collaborations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage housing projects tailored for individuals re-entering the community after incarceration.
• Coordinate with local agencies, nonprofits, and government entities to secure funding, resources, and partnerships necessary for project success.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of housing programs, including tenant selection, lease management, and maintenance coordination.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to housing and re-entry services.
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness and prepare reports for stakeholders and funding bodies.
• Provide leadership and support to project staff, ensuring training and professional development opportunities are available.
