Qualifications

• Two years working with the criminal justice population.
• Must possess California Driver’s License and automobile insurance with a good driving record.
• Proficient in MS Office and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Ensures smooth transition for program participants from subsidized employment to permanent employment.
• Maintains retention and troubleshoots the retention process as needed.
• Develops and fosters relationships between employers and program participants.
• Provides one-on-one guidance in person, by phone, and in weekly meetings.
• Mediates conflict between program participant and onsite supervisor.
• Facilitates Employability Skills Workshops as needed.
• Performs participant Outreach and In-reach.
• Reports progress and data to the Program Director.
