Job summary

ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS, REHABILITATION & REENTRY (ADCRR) seeks a Corrections Administrator II to lead the Maricopa Reentry Center in Phoenix. You will oversee a multidisciplinary team and coordinate with Community Supervision to deliver housing, treatment, and life-skills programs that promote safe reentry.

Responsibilities include policy oversight, budget participation, staff performance evaluation, and ensuring PREA compliance while driving improvement and safe operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice, Sociology, Psychology, Business, Public Administration or related field.
• Three (3) years of progressive administrator/managerial experience and two (2) years of correctional facility administration or oversight or two (2) years of community corrections, probation, parole or reentry center experience.
• Knowledge of correctional management, security, personnel, maintenance, and fiscal issues.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Maricopa Reentry Center.
• Manages multidisciplinary teams including shift commanders, security personnel, and counseling staff.
• Collaborates with Community Supervision to deliver housing, treatment, and life-skills programs.
