Job summary

Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation & Reentry (ADCRR) seeks a seasoned leader to supervise Community Corrections Unit Supervisors and manage a metropolitan and regional parole office network. The role emphasizes caseload oversight, policy implementation, and effective staff development.

Candidate must provide training, ensure compliance with federal/state laws, and contribute to results-driven processes within the Community Corrections Group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in social service, criminal justice, or related field is required.
• Strong leadership and supervisory experience in a field setting.
• Experience with caseload management and offender supervision.
• Ability to deliver department and bureau training and instructional programs.
• Knowledge of Arizona criminal code and relevant laws is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Community Corrections Unit Supervisors in metropolitan or regional offices.
• Set goals and expectations for each office and monitor performance.
• Provide ongoing and annual performance feedback to staff.
• Review schedules, timesheets and leave requests; manage staffing.
• Plan, organize, and staff units; conduct caseload audits as needed.
• Collaborate with management and implement departmental policies and programs.
• Generate and analyze office statistics and surveys; respond to inquiries.
